Broccoli Sprouts are Rich in Antioxidants

Few foods are as rich in antioxidants as broccoli sprouts.  From green tea to Vitamin C, antioxidants are the biggest thing in health nowadays.  The antioxidants in broccoli sprouts are great for stopping both aging and cell decay, thus resulting in a healthier body. They can even help reduce your risk of cancer.

One of the healthiest way to consume these little health wonders is buy growing broccoli sprouts at home on your own. Although you can get helpful antioxidants in full grown broccoli, broccoli sprouts contain 50 times the quantity of mature plants.

You don't have to eat the sprouts plain, as if they were medicine.  Broccoli sprouts are great on salads, over rice, marinated and served with chicken, and in many other combinations. If you have a recipe calling for bean sprouts, replace the bean sprouts with broccoli sprouts.

If you dislike the taste of broccoli sprouts, try a broccoli sprout extract. This broccoli sprout extract  is available in small, affordable pills.

Broccoli sprouts are just one of many sources of antioxidants that you can add to your diet.  Not only do tea  and multivitamins contain antioxidants, but most green leafy vegetables contain them, although not at quite the dose at in broccoli sprouts.
